It has a belt leather base and our patented soft cushion out of lamb leather on the inside.

XS– fits a neck of 20 to 25 cm (7.9 to 9.8 inch)
S– fits a neck of 25 to 30 cm (9.8 to 11.8 inch)
M– fits a neck of 30 to 35 cm (11.8 to 13.8 inch)
